检验科已于2006年通过了ISO15189的认可，通过7年的经验积累和沉淀，科室已经搭建了规范化实验室管理的坚实框架，但是检验科含临床生化、临床血液、临床微生物、临床免疫、输血等各类亚专业，各专业有特殊的实验流程，管理模式不尽相同。美国病理学家协会（CAP）认可项目计划针对不同专业拥有一套详尽的检查细则，该细则非常明确地告知实验室管理者如何规范化地、科学合理、分专业地管理实验室，是对ISO15189纲领性认可准则的有效补充。CAP认可项目是由CAP直接组织和管理，现场评审小组由国内外知名组成。通过CAP认可已成为管理规范、极具规模的高级别医院及实验室管理者的追求目标。目前，全国仅有6家医院实验室通过CAP认可，包括北京朝阳医院、和睦家医院、上海华山医院、华西医院等，尚无1家妇女儿童专科医院实验室通过该认可。目前，检验科全体员工正在积极备战8月15-16日的CAP认可现场评审，力争实现国内首家同时被ISO15189和CAP认可的妇女儿童专科医院实验室。（供稿 江咏梅 刘小娟）
